The West Coast's Annual Stand-Up Paddleboarding adventure weekend.
Beach camping and two days of SUP Surfing and Touring in Tofino BC.
Also a Paddle Canada certification maintenance clinic for Paddle Canada Instructors.
Meet other paddlers, expand your paddling skills, and experience the best paddling on the west coast.

A weekend of paddleboard surfing and touring clinics.
Open to Paddle Canada instructors and other stand up paddleboard enthusiasts (participants should have Paddle Canada Advanced Flatwater SUP Skills accreditation or equivalent experience and knowledge.
Full package $425/person+GST+tribal park fee. This includes 2 nights beachfront camping at Bella Pacifica, 2 days of paddling clinics and Saturday evening social event. Spaces are limited so please pre-register online.

Capacity: Spaces are limited. We have 8 beachfront campsites booked, each campsite can accommodate two adults.
Not included: Gear and Food. There is the options to add rent gear for the event through the online booking checkout process.
Extra: Need gear? SUPs, wetsuits, and PFD's are available to rent. Choose the gear you need on the check out.
Organize your own accommodation: We do have a limited number of beachfront campsites at Bella Pacifica camp ground reserved. You will have the option to book a beachfront campsite on check out (while supply lasts). Each campsite is limited to 2 people or one family.
Itinerary
Activities: All skill clinics will cater to a variety of levels of experience, with multiple instructors.
FRI – (arrival day)
3pm to 6pm - Bella Pacifica campsite check in.
10am to 5pm - REGISTRATION at the Swell Tofino shop at MACKENZIE BEACH CAMPGROUND, we're located in the lower campground (right next door to Bella Pacifica). This will be the home base for the event. We will sign waivers and confirm the plan and meeting location for the next day's clinics.
**All participants will need to sign liability waivers. The Swell waiver can be seen here and signed electronically at checkout. The Paddle Canada waiver can be seen here (you don't have to print these we will have copies for you to sign).
SAT – (morning surfing, afternoon touring)
8:00 am - Meeting at South Chesterman Beach Parking lot for Paddle Canada Instructors. You don't need to be suited up yet. MANDATORY FOR INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION MAINTENANCE CREDIT.
8:30 am – 9:00 am - Gearing up and heading down to the beach. Location: South Chesterman Beach.
9:00am – 12:30pm - SUP Surfing (SUP surfing level 1 or 2) South Chesterman Parking lot. Google maps link: https://goo.gl/maps/MvdTFE7RbqnFoZhF6
12:30pm – 1:30pm Lunch Break
2:00pm – 5:30pm SUP Touring: Practical Navigation techniques. Open ocean touring. Launch and return from Swell Tofino's shop at Mackenzie Beach Resort. Google maps link https://g.page/r/
6:00pm Dinner Mingle: Bring your own food. We will have a campfire on the beach in front of our campsites at Bella Pacifica.
SUN – (Beach day! Surfing)
10:00 am – 1:00 pm A day to enjoy the beach. We'll spend the day at south chesterman mostly surfing, and chillin.

Prerequisites
Please make sure you have the skills to get the most out of this event. The clinics are not geared toward first time paddlers. All participants must have Paddle Canada Advanced Flat water paddling Skills or equivalent experience.
Being able to paddle forward efficiently in choppy or windy condition and maneuver your board effectively are important skills to have to get the most out of the surfing and touring on the west coast!
